All product warranties are the Manufacturer’s. Before warranty work can be processed, projects must be paid for in full. Often samples of the issue will need to be provided and sent away for the claim to process to begin. Unfortunately, this can seem like a lengthy process. We are committed to do everything we can to get the claim processed in a timely manner.

Generally, products have a one year warranty upon installation. Once the warranty has expired, work may be subject to a minimum charge.

Caring for your floor

In most cases, manufacturers will provide a cleaning guideline and product suggestion document. By following those guidelines you can prevent early wear and extend the life of your product.

In some cases, issues can be taken care of by just making sure your home conditions are conducive for the product. Using proper protection under furniture (felt pads), keeping your humidity at an even level, and quick spill clean up all contribute to the life of your flooring.

Using aftermarket cleaners/products on your flooring will often cause problems. These often have soaps and other harsh chemicals that can actually attract and trap dirt, which will affect the finish of your floor.
